Q: When will I get my order?

A: Orders arrive on average within 11-15 days. It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at social@hustleplay.co.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: No, all products are made to order for each customer. Cancellations are not allowed at this time.

 

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?

A: Not at this time. hustleplay.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Q: Do you offer Returns and Exchanges?

Q: Do you have size charts?

A: Yes, look for size charts in product description and photo gallery. Please carefully select your size.

 

Q:  What if my product(s) arrive damaged or defective?

A: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Do you replace lost or stolen packages?

A: hustleplay.co is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address or misplaced packages. hustleplay.co has no control over a package once it has left the fulfillment facility and in the hands of the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping carrier for lost packages.

Situations beyond our control.

hustleplay.co shall not be held liable for service interruption arising from situations beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to: incorrect shipping information, inability to obtain consignee signature, refusal of shipment, riots, strikes or labor disputes, natural disasters, and acts of God.

 

Q: Is your Shopify store PCI compliant?

A: Yes, Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.

 

Q: How are your products made?

A: We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have multiple locations, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

 

Q: Where will my order ship from?

A: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in multiple US locations!

 

Q: How are your t-shirts printed?

A: Printed shirts ordered through this e-commerce store are printed using the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Method. DTG designs are printed using non-toxic vegan inks that ensure the garments are safe for adults and children. Have your designs printed with machines that are energy-efficient, produce zero wastewater, and are a sustainable choice for your brand.

 

Q: Do you recommend any care instructions?

A: We highly recommend washing clothing inside-out on a cold setting and allowing clothing to air dry. This is the best way to preserve both the clothing and the print over time. If necessary, it's safe to tumble dry on a low or delicates setting.
